Sunday Evening Gentle Yoga

This Gentle Yoga class is suitable for all ages and levels. It incorporates gentle stretches to improve circulation and restorative postures to allow the body to rest&replenish it’s self. This practice will also help to bring mindfulness and awareness to the breath.

The class will be completed with a practice of guided relaxation.

Gentle Yoga will benefit the mind, emotions and outer body.
