This yoga class is great for beginners as well as those looking to get back into their yoga practice after a break. The class will include breathing techniques, gentle stretching and movement to open the body and easy away tension and a relaxation to finish.

All Levels Hatha Yoga Wednesday 8pm
This Hatha yoga class is alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. The class consists of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques, mindfulness and relaxation.  Each session has a theme to help you explore asanas, appropriate modifications and variations. ‘Tension free lower back’, ‘Better sleep’, ‘Healthy hips’ – to name just a few.
Join this class to deepen your understanding of the postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques, and learn the foundations of Hatha yoga without feeling overwhelmed or confused. Experience the calming and relaxing effect of yoga nidra at the end of every class.
