Hatha Yoga Mixed Abilities with Louise:
Classes are suitable for practitioners of all ages and abilities and are designed to strengthen and tone the muscles, regulate the body’s energy, and reduce stress. Each class will include yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience necessary.
80 Euros for a 7 week course, Drop-In 13 Euros.
This class is aimed at those who want an introduction to Hatha yoga or who want to practise yoga at a more gentle pace.
It will include breath work, gentle limbering, deep stretches, some strengthening postures and of course the all important guided relaxations.
My aim for this class (as with every class) is to encourage an attitude of gentle enquiry, non judgement, and self care….and of course an element of fun.
