Tips and Advice:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and move freely in.
You are welcome to use the studio yoga mats. However we recommend you invest in your own mat for hygiene purposes and to encourage a regular practice.
It is best to practice yoga in bare feet.
Hydrate well before and after class. Keep water consumption to a minimum during your practice.
