Beginners Yoga At Douglas Yoga Centre

We have a number of classes suitable for beginners.

Beginner’s Hatha Yoga and Beginner’s Kundalini Yoga are excellent places to start to learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice.

If you are over 55 years, working with an injury or illness or would prefer a physically easy, relaxing class, a good option for you is our Gentle Yoga class.

We also offer All Levels classes which are open to beginners with a reasonable pre-existing level of fitness.
