Miriam has been practicing yoga over the last 10 years. She tried different types of yoga and found that Kundalini yoga best suits her. She found the positive and transformational effect that Kundalini yoga had on her life compelled her to qualify as a yoga teacher in 2011. Miriam has also studied in counselling and psychotherapy and would recommend yoga as a valuable tool to bring balance and harmony to life. Kundalini Yoga integrates all branches of the yogic discipline combining kriyas (physical exercises), pranayama (controlled breathing techniques), meditations and mantras (chanting) resulting in an extremely powerful and transformational experience. Miriam has a gentle approach and believes that everybody can do it. In teaching Kundalini yoga, Miriam aims to inspire others to bring them to their personal best and to enable them connect to their higher creative potential.
