YOGA PIG presents…

Vinyasa class, mixed level
In this class, the focus is on finding and maintaing stabilty within the body, and through this, building strength. By harnessing strength of the body and of the mind on the mat, we aim to create a more free flowing life off the mat.
The class is open to all levels, and begins on the Friday morning 4th September.
