Tips and Advice: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch and move freely in. Please bring your own yoga mat for hygiene purposes (and to encourage a regular practice!). It is best to practice yoga in bare feet. Hydrate well before and after class. Keep water consumption to a minimum during your practice.
